The Liberty Trail app is a result of a collaboration between the American Battlefield Trust and the South Carolina Battleground Trust. It connects significant battlefields across South Carolina, presenting the compelling and impactful stories of this transformative era in American history.

Each point of interest along the self-guided driving tour offers distinct on-site interpretation that immerses visitors in the remarkable events that unfolded almost 250 years ago. The Liberty Trail pays homage to the patriots whose decisions shaped the outcomes of the Revolution in the Carolinas.
